Laptop and PC: Support open case to Vender

Phone Systems: Basic Support for analog phones, smartphones, and iPads

CCTV Basic support

Server Basic support (escalation to vendor for high-level issues)

UPS Basic support (open case for high-level issues)

Network Basic LAN and Wi-Fi support (escalation to vendor for high-level issues)

Support Language: English – basic, Thai – good
