To provide management (Business Unit/Sales Group) with the reports (including monthly, quarterly rolling forecast, mid term plan, annual budget, ad hoc, etc.) with variance analysis

To provide management with the analysis of forecasts and budget versus actual results, provide reasonable reasons and propose possible solutions to close the gap

Prepare periodic management reports (including monthly, quarterly rolling forecast, mid-term plan, annual budget, ad hoc, etc.) with variance analysis

Prepare the forecasts and budget of revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, etc. and ensure that those will be close to actual

Analyze forecasts and budget versus actual results, provide reasonable reasons and propose possible solutions to close the gap

Involve in project risk management as a representative from finance division in term of risk assessment, projected P&L

Support SS business units for business

Closely work and coordinate with finance and accounting team and business unit heads for actual results and so as to have realistic/accuracy forecasts

At least BA in Accounting and/or Finance

Experience in financial analysis in corporate finance for at least 5 years

Experience in multinational companies in IT services industry is preferable

Good knowledge and understanding

Computer literate and fluent in EXCEL

Fluent in English in both writing and speaking

Knowledge in SAP is an advantage

Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills

Strategic thinking

Good presentation skills and able to deal with senior management and expatriate

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Ability to work under pressure and in demanding environment
