หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Develop financial strategy, capital planning, and risk management to support business growth beyond 1,000+ million THB in annual revenue.

Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements with relevant laws, accounting standards, and audit requirements.

Manage multi-branch / multi-business unit financial structures, including consolidation, branch performance analysis, and cost control.

Implement and optimize ERP systems (SAP / Microsoft Dynamics / Oracle NetSuite) to strengthen financial processes and reporting efficiency.

Oversee tax planning, treasury, banking, and credit control to secure strong financial health.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board for strategic decision-making.

Lead and develop the A&F team to achieve operational excellence and high financial governance.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CPD is a plus.

Minimum 10–15 years in Accounting & Finance leadership; at least 5 years in senior management (Finance Director / CFO).

Experience in automotive business, trading, distribution, or multi-branch businesses is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems: Oracle NetSuite. หรือ SAP, Microsoft Dynamics.

Solid understanding of financial strategy, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and business performance management.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Able to communicate clearly in English, prepare financial reports, and present findings to management or stakeholders.

Experience working in organizations with annual revenue over THB 100 million, with CPD certification in accounting.
