Responsible

• Provide 1st tier IT support to customers.
• Provide basic troubleshooting when get user request via email, ticketing, phone.
• Provide user support via remote control systems in order to diagnose and solve simple incidents
• Provide on-site support for end users (Aware Chiang Mai Office)
• Handle computer preparation and installations and hand over to end users
• Handle repair and warranty cases with vendors and delivery of hardware to respective support centers

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in IT Support -- managing or maintaining Windows Servers and Applications
• Hand-on experience Operating System experience with Windows Server
• Good communications skills
• Good at documentation, self-motivated to learn new technology and ability to work in a team environment or individually
• Good troubleshooting experience
• Good English communication skills (speaking, reading and writing)
• Hand-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, IP Services (DHCP, WINS and DNS), File Services, Internet Information Server, Hyper-V, Windows Server Update Services, Backup and Restore of Windows Servers
• Monitor computer and performance, backups and system reliability.
• TCP/IP network proficiency, virtualization experience, performance management
