Responsible

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers in Windows and Linux environments
• Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and system reliability
• Manage services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and group policies
• Perform system updates, security patches, backups, and disaster recovery operations
• Administer storage systems (NAS, SAN) and backup solutions
• Collaborate with other IT teams for system integration and project implementation
• Document system configurations, incidents, and standard procedures
• Support customer systems and provide on-site technical assistance when required
• Support clients in resolving issues beyond server management, including basic PC, software, or user account problems when required
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects including server upgrades, migrations, and deployments
• Work outside normal hours (overtime, holidays) when necessary

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in server administration or infrastructure support
• Solid understanding of Windows Server and/or Linux Server systems
• Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) for automation or troubleshooting
• Knowledge of storage and backup solutions
• Good communication skills in Thai and English
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites
• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or VCP are a plus
• Willing to work outside of normal hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary
