Responsible

• Checking the accurate of sales income for each platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) by weekly and preparing the analysis report.
• Following warehouse and logistic team for the status of order return, order cancellation and solving the issues of each order.
• Collection the money received from the platforms and settlement A/R by weekly.
• Issuing the Tax Invoices for online sales according to customer request, and sending to customer by e-mail or post.
• Loading the sales orders into Peak System and checking accurate of sales income compared to the sales report of platforms.
• Reconciliation the AR E-Commerce, Paid Ads expenses and other platforms expenses for month-end closing.
