Responsible

  • Responsible for personnel recruitment, interviews, and training.
  • Manage according to the employee resignation process system.
  • Check employee attendance times Calculate salary Social security and employee personal tax income.
  • Submit social security, income tax (P.N.D.1), compensation fund (Kor.Tor.20Kor.Kor.Tor.26Kor.), etc.
  • Take care of visas and work certificates for Chinese people working in Thailand. Including reporting for 90 days.
  • Responsible for coordinating, recheck, and keeping employment contracts or various service contracts related to the office.
  • Keep employee history, employment contracts, employee salary approval documents, etc.
  • Responsible for disbursing various expenses related to the office.
  • Responsible for purchasing administrative work: equipment/cleaning supplies office supplies Items used for welcoming customers, etc.
  • Manage rental departments: factories, employee rental rooms, utilities.
  • Manage car reservations, room reservations: Responsible for arranging car use plans. Reserve a car for employees.
  • Internal management: Coordinate security guards. Housekeeper, disbursement of expenses.
  • Responsible for contacting and coordinating Change internal company documents such as company certificates, etc.
  • Coordinate with external agencies such as IEAT, other government agencies.
