Responsible

Plan, organize, and execute pop-up booths & wedding catering events
Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of events to ensure smooth execution
Ensure staff training on event procedures, customer service, and safety protocols
Ensure all necessary equipment, décor, and promotional materials are available and in good condition
Research and negotiate new pop-up locations in malls and wedding venues
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and operational efficiency

Education Level : More than Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 0 - 3

More qualification

Understanding of event planning and management processes, including logistics, budgeting, and execution
Knowledge of catering operations, food safety standards, and vendor coordination
Familiarity with pop-up booth setups, mall regulations, and event permits
Basic understanding of marketing and sales to help attract new pop-up locations and catering opportunities
Awareness of customer service best practices to enhance guest experience at events Competence Qualifications:
