Responsible

• Supports the site’s internal audit program to verify compliance with industry best practices, corporate policies, and applicable regulatory standards
• Ensures that corrective and preventative actions are taken when required and adequately fulfilled.
• Tracks closure of corrective actions and regulatory commitments at the site to assure sustained implementation
• Assists in site readiness and preparation for internal/external audits and health authority inspections; supports backroom operations during health authority/regulatory inspections.
• Interacts on a regular basis with Functional Area Management to ensure that the site is inspection ready with no lead time.
• Reviews documents and feedback to functional areas to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Coordinates site responses to regulatory findings and assist in preparing documents for submission to regulatory agencies, as directed.
• Assures communication of compliance concerns, regulatory agency expectations, and industry trends
• Works closely with functional areas (e.g. manufacturing, quality control, supply chain) to ensure compliance.
• Develops and executes QA objectives in alignment with business plan goals and process improvement initiatives.
• Patriciates on teams developing global policies and procedures. Assists in establishment of a processes to ensure functional site procedures follow global politics and monitors performance thereof.

More qualification

1. Bachelor degree in Microbiology, Medical Technology, Biotechnology and Related fields.
2. Experience in quality control section
3. Good knowledge or experience in ISO system including internal audit is preferred.
4. Able to communicate in English both speaking & writing.
