หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Provide comprehensive office-based customer service, including efficiently receiving and processing customer orders, and issuing accurate invoices.

Perform detailed cost calculations and determine appropriate pricing structures for products and services offered to customers.

Prepare, issue, and diligently follow up on sales quotations submitted to prospective and existing clients.

Act as a key liaison, coordinating effectively with customers and various internal departments (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.

Maintain accurate customer records, manage essential sales-related documentation, and provide support for contract administration.

Undertake other administrative tasks and sales support duties as assigned by the manager to contribute to the team's success.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Male/Female, Age 28-35 years old

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, engineering, or any relevant field.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role within the manufacturing or processing industry.

Good command of the English language, with effective skills in both spoken and written communication.

Have car driving license & Own car
