หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Contract Management: Prepare, review, negotiate, and revise contracts (clients, subcontractors, suppliers) to ensure legal compliance and manage contractual risks.

Legal Advisory: Provide legal consultation to project teams on risks, obligations, rights, corporate law, labor law, and other applicable regulations.

Compliance: Monitor and ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws and standards (construction, labor, safety, environment) and support internal audits.

Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing claims, disputes, and litigation; coordinate with external counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings (arbitration/mediation).

Documentation & Governance: Maintain all legal records, contracts, and corporate documentation, and support corporate governance activities (e.g., board resolutions).

Training & Awareness: Conduct internal legal training for staff on contract management, compliance standards, and ethical practices.

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 3ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Any Gender, Age 25-35 Years old

Bachelor’s degree in Law

A valid Lawyer’s license

3 years or more of legal experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or EPC sectors

High accuracy in reviewing legal documents and identifying potential issues.

Strong contracting drafting skills, knowledge in construction law, and regulatory compliance to support project execution

Good command of both spoken and written English; (English skills for Legal Practices, Contract Drafting Skills.)

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
