Responsible for Employee Grievance, Complaint; locally, via Speak Out (Global Hot Line), Labor Dispute, Court Case, Notification from Labor Protection and Social Welfare, Employee Misconduct, Disciplinary Action, Employee Termination, and others as related, get it resolved together with the employee’s line manager, Business Unit/Departmental Head when required properly, legally, and on a timely manner. This includes all documents required are correct and available at all times i.e. Investigation Report, Case Evidence, Warning Letter, Termination Letter, etc.,
Develops, reviews, and implements the employee relations related company policies as well as working instruction,company rules & regulations, announcement, staff induction program, employee handbook, and others as related to be efficient and up-to-date,
Works with Business Unit/Departmental Heads to build & maintain good employee relations across the company and at all levels,
Responsible for G4S Thailand Annual Corporate Social Responsibility Activity, Migrant Worker Employment, Expat Formalities, different audits as related to the role of ER,
Initiates ER trainings and workshops when required and being able to train these courses,
Responsible for G4S Thailand Internal Communication as related to the employees and their well-being, prepare the Letter of Appreciation and Certification to the employees when required,
Responsible for Company Central Administration’s, and Security Guard License’s Works and Teams ensuring that the teams have worked toward their objectives & targets successfully.

Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or others as related,
At least 7 years working experience in the same or similar role, preferable from international company, manufacturer, logistics, or retails,
Through knowledge of Labor Laws, Labor Relations Law, Company Rules & Regulations, Government Legislations, Guidelines, etc.,
High Responsibility, Team Player, Customer-Oriented, and Service-Minded,
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people/employees at all levels,
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
Proficient in Thai & English,
Proficient in computer systems; Microsoft Office, Google.
