Lead innovation plan and campaign management in marketplace, Ads optimize Job Description This role is responsible for the holistic digital marketing & communication strategy development and execution, enhance brand aspiration, image and equity and drive sales conversion and market shares in both online and offline channels. Key Job Responsibilities: · Initiate marketing programs to deliver company's business goals o Review and revise marketing programs to ensure the results. o Set up sales forecast and promotion target for each month promotions. o Develop business plan/ marketing strategy/ marketing calendar/ new product development. · Develop content, influencer, and communication strategy for the brand to drive brand image, aspiration, positioning, and equity. · Define the right ratio of digital-traditional in the overall PR mix, including its budget implications and develop the Brand’s overall communications and PR strategy locally. · Identify the Brand’s digital influencers with the right relevance and “fit” for brand, tailors brand stories and works with them to drive e-Communication/PR campaigns. · Manage the Brand’s influencer relationships and optimize earned media activities. · Works as a center of the content and all communications delivered to consumer. · Plan and execute communication campaign to reach business goals and KPIs with cost efficiency. · Manage brand’s own media channels to build and strengthen brand communities · Lead Brands’ digital marketing and paid media activities to create a consumer focused and consistent brand experience. · Plan and execute Digital Campaign, email marketing, social media marketing and display advertising campaigns to raise product awareness and conversion to Brand site, retailer site and third parties. · Develop the Brand’s digital calendar and campaigns. · Partnership with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal results for the brand. · Digest the strategy and budget allocation from CMO and work closely with agencies in order to provide inputs and creative works for the campaigns. · Ensure all consumer facing programs/offers are consistent with the omnichannel expectations of consumers. Qualifications: · Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related fields. · At least 5 years of direct experience in digital marketing or marketing communications or from digital agency. · Direct experience in marketing in beauty cosmetics products or luxury brands are preferred · Detail oriented and creative · Dynamic, systematic, and self-motivated · Ability to perform multi tasks, meet deadlines, and strong time management skills · Good command of written and spoken English & Thai
