Every year, 60,000 tons of steel are used to make pre-fabricated buildings for many of the world leading companies throughout Vietnam and across South East Asia.At BMB Steel, we have a simple three-step-production process that begins with design. Our team of experienced engineers uses the latest 3D and CAD software to model every detail of the project. Using sophisticated industrial design and engineering technology, BMB Steel is able to provide its clients with high quality buildings at a much lower costs. Once the designs are completed and approved by the client, our fabrication team then takes over at the any of BMB Steel’s modern factories in Northern and Southern Vietnam.BMB Steel uses only high quality imported Korean steel that straightened, welded and cut using state-of-the-art CNC hydraulic cutter. Each cut of steel is subjected to regular quality control test to ensure it meets the highest international quality control standards including MBMA, AISC, AWS and AISI.Unlike other pre-engineered building manufacturers in Vietnam, BMB Steel does not outsource the erection and construction of its buildings. All of the steel work is done by BMB Steel. Our highly trained construction team handles the entire process so that each building meets our exactly standards and gives the client the confidence their project will be delivered as promised.But once construction is complete and the building is up, power work isn’t done.
