Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective networking solutions (Switching, Routing, Wireless, Firewall, SD-WAN, Network Security).
Develop solution designs, network diagrams, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical proposals.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) sessions.
Provide technical clarifications, answer customer inquiries, and support sales negotiations.
Manage assigned networking product lines and ensure strong product positioning and competitiveness.
Perform pricing analysis, margin management, and competitive comparison.
Track and manage the product lifecycle (introduction, growth, maturity, EOL).
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to guide product strategy.
Coordinate with vendors/distributors for roadmap updates, promotions, and certification programs.
Build strong relationships with customers, resellers, and strategic partners.
Gather customer feedback and channel insights into product improvements.
Provide product or solution training for internal teams and external partners.
Collaborate with engineering, technical support, marketing, procurement, and operations teams to ensure solution accuracy and efficient delivery.
Support marketing activities such as webinars, seminars, product launches, and content creation.
Ensure compliance with vendor requirements and company standards on all product-related activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Network Presales, Network Engineering, or Product Management.
Strong knowledge of networking technologies such as LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Routing/Switching, Network Security, SD-WAN, and Cloud Networking.
Familiarity with leading vendors (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper, Ruckus, HPE) is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to convert technical concepts into business value and customer benefits.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, ACMA/ACMP, JNCIA/JNCIS, NSE) are a plus.
Experience designing network architectures or troubleshooting complex issues.
Good analytical skills and ability to manage multiple presales projects under pressure.
Strong commercial understanding to balance technical and business needs.
