Responsible

Lead and manage a Sales team (7–10 members)

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Coach, mentor, and motivate the team in both inbound & outbound sales

Monitor call quality and continuously improve team performance

Participate in hiring (approx. 1 new team member/month) and skill development

Analyze performance reports and suggest process improvements

Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate the customer experience

Fluent Thai (Native) + Strong English (B2/C1) — You’ll work directly with our Call Center Director (Ms. Pavlenko Oksana)

You can work from home 2 days per week

You’ve led a Sales team before (at least 6 months)

You’re goal-driven, data-savvy, and always take ownership

You thrive in dynamic environments — startup experience is a big plus!
