Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

Legal and land due diligence

Property acquisitions and disposals

Registering land leases and property purchases

Condominium law

Land surveys and property inspections

Due diligence on land titles and sellers

Rights of habitation, possession, servitude, usufruct, and superficies

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Gender : Female

Age(Yr) : 25 - 35

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 1

Knowledge and competence qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in corporate law and/or commercial law (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Able to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking at a working level)

Basic knowledge of corporate and commercial law

Able to prepare, review, and draft legal documents

Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized in handling documentation

Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others

Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work under supervision

Able to travel upcountry for work assignments
