Align technical designs with the Solutions Architect to ensure cohesion with the broader IT architecture.

Act as a bridge between non-technical stakeholders and the IT development team, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.

Facilitate design review sessions with stakeholders and the IT team to validate and refine technical solutions.

Maintain a current understanding of the industry's best practices and apply them to the design of IT solutions.

Ensure all technical designs adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.

Support the development team during the implementation phase, providing clarity and guidance on the technical design.

Continuously refine technical documents based on evolving business requirements and feedback.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in the role of System Analyst, IT Specialist, Programmer Analyst.

Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with the latest industry trends, software development best practices, and architectural frameworks.

Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.

Banking / Financial services background would be advantaged.

Good in English, both written and spoken.
