Executes and monitors mandatory legal deductions and government filings, including P.N.D.1, Social Security (SSO), Student Loan Fund (SLF/PND), and Legal Execution Department mandates.
Oversees Provident Fund (PVD) administration and serves as the primary coordinator for financial institution programs, such as employee housing and personal loans.
Administers group health insurance, annual medical check-ups, and comprehensive employee welfare programs (e.g., maternity, funeral, and retirement benefits).
Leads the full-cycle recruitment process, including the development of Job Descriptions (JD), design of aptitude and technical assessments, and conducting competency-based interviews.
Manages the employee lifecycle from contract execution and corporate orientation to the successful completion of probation periods.
Facilitates the annual performance appraisal cycle, encompassing KPI setting, competency mapping, and the implementation of salary increment and promotion frameworks.
Contributes to organizational design and manages manpower planning and annual HR budgeting to align with business objectives.
Drafts and updates internal work rules and regulations in compliance with Thai Labor Law; handles disciplinary proceedings, grievance procedures, and labor dispute resolutions.
Acts as the authorized representative in coordinating with government agencies, including the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, Social Security Office, and Revenue Department.
Orchestrates the annual training master plan to enhance Hard and Soft Skills, ensuring effective collaboration with external training providers and resource speakers.
Spearheads corporate engagement initiatives (e.g., Team Building, CSR, Annual Parties) and analyzes the Employee Happiness Index and satisfaction surveys to improve workplace culture.
Governs the integrity of employee data within the ESS@Core system, ensuring all digital records are up-to-date and secure.
Synthesizes HR data to produce monthly performance reports and executive summaries for management decision-making.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration,Political Science,Organization Development (OD),Industrial and Organizational Psychology or a related field.

Strong knowledge of HRM (Human Resources Management): Comprehensive expertise in Manpower Planning, end-to-end Recruitment, and Payroll administration.
Compliance & Labor Relations: In-depth understanding of Thai Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and Revenue Department filings (P.N.D.1).
Compensation & Benefits: Proficiency in managing employee benefits, welfare programs, and document control systems.
