1.Lead the IT Sales team in growing and optimizing sales pipeline. 2.Deliver key services like account planning and strategy, sales presentations, enablement to achieve business goals and customer success. 3.Achieve defined goals with the sales region including quotas and KPIs. 4.Research and build relationships with new clients in key verticals and develop relationships with partners to engage those verticals. 5.Evangelize the IT solutions portfolio internally and externally via workshops, webinars to customers, prospects, and partners. 6.Lead, report, and analyze the pipeline and forecast for the IT business. 7.Business Development. 8.Hire the right team of specialists to match our culture and fuel our growth.

> 3+ years of software development experience. > Strong PHP programming skills, MVC framework and OOP. > In-depth understanding of JSON/RESTful APIs, API gateway implementations > Experience building and designing highly scalable Web Services (REST,JSON), APIs or micro-services. > Understanding of secure coding practices. > Experience with full development life cycle activities including design, development, integration, system & unit testing. > Experience with LEMP stack, AWS, Docker and Git.

1. Handle end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates. 2. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. 3. Increase candidate flow and develop strategic sourcing solutions (including campus recruitment/global head-hunting) that will attract and acquire high quality candidates. 4. Conduct new employee orientations, employee relations counseling, and exit interview. 5. Develop a global internship pipeline and timetable for Techspace and its sister companies. 6. Spearhead HR projects such as employee engagement and motivation. 7. Review and provide counseling, feedback and suggestion on policies and procedures. 8. Maintain and update employee personnel records and reports and the company’s handbook on policies and procedures. 9. Handle all HR related issues and projects as assigned by manager.

> Service customer equipment including installations, preventative maintenance, techroom repairs and training. > Setting up and installing new servers and network equipment, desktops, and printers. > Installing and troubleshooting client applications (proprietary and off-the-shelf). > Troubleshooting server and workstation software and hardware issues. > Monitoring backup systems and ensuring jobs are completed per schedule. > Provide consultation and solutions to customer, converting requirement into successful implementation. > Communicating system issues, updates, and resolution plans/timelines to customer in person and/or via email and phone. > Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve software/hardware problems and disputes. > Support Systems Integration Team in implementing IT systems and network infrastructure. > Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to vet and demo new applications. > Provide remote support for customer and internal teams as needed. > Take pride in maintaining complete, timely documentation, including IT profiles, network diagrams, daily onsite reports, field service reports and others as defined by management.
