Be present in the main Reception area at all times, other than during designated break periods, in order to welcome visitors, students, parents, contractors and visitors Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain customer records by updating account information Provide high quality administrative support and assistance, when required, to the Director of Boarding Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to encourage repeat business Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls and follow-up on leads Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback Assist and collaborate with the team on internal and external company events Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor
