respond efficiently to enquiries from staff and government agencies regarding teaching licenses, visas and work permits; prepare applications and relevant supporting documents for work permits and visas in accordance with government agencies’ requirement; ensure full understanding of the latest rules and regulations concerning permits and visas as issued by the statutory authorities; accompany and represent staff members at the Immigration Bureau, Labour Department and related organisations in applying for residence and work permits; ensure all legal requirements are completed in timely manner; maintain and update database and folders of staff information including expiry dates of documents; ensure effective communication with other departments and members of staff ensuring sufficient notice and preparation is given before renewal deadlines fall; work closely with Human Resources Department to ensure a smooth hiring procedure and correct paperwork is produced for the hiring of new members of staff; assist in other administrative functions as assigned by the Director of Government Relations.

Liaise with teaching and other staff to determine the performance/event requirements, providing advice with the appropriate understanding of the nature, tone and formality of the functions. Prepare and operate all audio & visual equipment and components for shows, concerts and school events including help arrange props and models for productions, plotting the light and special effects design. Manage the storage and keep stock of all audio-visual components (sound, lighting, projection, digital equipment, etc). Ensure all resources and equipment repairs are carried out in a timely and cost effective manner. Arrange regular maintenance of all, audio and visual equipments to ensure all are in good condition. Conduct equipment purchasing as necessary within budget. Liaise with the Director of Business and Services to ensure that all technical up in the school complies with the school’s health and safety policy and current best practice. Perform related ad-hoc duties as necessary as directed by the Line Manager Delegate and directly work the wider Performance Technicians effectively. Other assigned tasks relevant to the roles and responsibility of this position.

Design and produce graphical content, layouts and visual merchandise for online, print publications, events, and internal Shooting and editing photo and VDO contents, school activities events, and advertisements for all marketing materials Engage and work with relevant members of staff of the school to understand the brief of designs shots, film or story requirements; Develop design material and storyboards according to the brief and inform the relevant team members to ensure understanding of the timeline and content requirements; Review all recorded content, assessing the quality of shots and undertaking remediation by re-shooting or editing as appropriate; Create animations and digital advertisements, undertake video editing; Support filming and photography, both inside and outside of school, as required; Follow project-specific design briefs to design, arrange and produce various materials, including posters, booklets, leaflets, web banners or digital advertisement, signage, display and exhibition; Contribute design ideas and take the creative lead on projects; Ensure that all material produced complies with the school’s style guide; Comply with Thai PDPA and social media rules and regulations.

Assist staff and students with work, including preparation of materials, organisation of resources and supporting practical activities within the workshop and CAD rooms. Assist with the running of the Department, ensuring that preparation is undertaken for all lessons, workshops are checked as requested by staff, and spaces are prepared and reset ready for lessons throughout the day. Order and prepare all teaching materials required for schemes of work, coursework, and examinations, including the cutting, preparation, and manual handling of Resistant Materials resources such as timber, metals, plastics, and sheet materials, as required for workshop use. Audit stock, maintain accurate records, and check and store deliveries of materials in consultation with the DT (Design Technology) Subject Lead, including updating and reconciling budget records and liaising with suppliers regarding costings. Maintain resources and equipment, including fixed and portable machinery used in Resistant Materials, carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance, and supporting Health and Safety procedures across all workshop environments. Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment within the DT (Design Technology) workshops, liaising with the Subject Lead and the school maintenance team regarding any concerns. Undertake appropriate training relating to techniques, machinery, health and safety, and any other areas relevant to the role. Record and maintain documentation required for risk assessments, COSHH regulations, and the safe use of equipment and materials. Provide technical advice and practical support to students as appropriate, particularly in relation to materials, processes, and machinery, supporting staff and students in the realisation of coursework and ambitious practical outcomes at KS3, GCSE and A level. Support the organisation and supervision of exhibitions, displays, and the presentation of student work within the department and across the wider school. Assist with the organisation and administration of DT (Design Technology) trips, visits, and events as required. Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role, as reasonably requested by the DT (Design Technology) Subject Lead and Head of Faculty.
