• Develop new software applications or enhance existing ones to meet user needs and business requirements. • Develop automated solutions for data processing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. • Design and implement data pipelines to support application development & enhancement. • Design and develop BI relevant solutions, data model, data mart, data warehouse, report, and dashboard • Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the data. • Work with cloud-based platforms and services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy applications and scale data infrastructure. • Monitor data pipelines and infrastructure to identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and data loss. • Provide troubleshooting and debugging assistance to new or ongoing projects. • Supervise and be accountable for the efficient data preparation and data migration of the ongoing project.

• Design and develop communication materials (e.g. ads, flyers, infographics, and announcements). • Coordinate and support engagement activities (e.g. campaigns, quizzes). • Review scripts for technical accuracy and clarity. • Support and follow up on technical issues related to software and tools for Online Corporate Training Platform. • Develop and maintain the in-house dashboard. • Assist and interface with the team & all stakeholders for all documentation and information, as required. • Meeting arrangement, room booking, training arrangements, business travel request arrangements (e.g. air ticket, hotel, car rental), etc. • Organizing and maintaining filing system for each project, including workflow enhancements and automation using Power Automate. • Update and ensure that the source Inspection activities database is always up to date. • Update all documentation in accordance with the required templates. • Work closely with Team support on Purchase Requisition to Cost Controller Team. • Assist in preparing justifications for internal Memos, Cost-plus arrangements, Contract Extensions, Award Contract Value reallocations, and Change Orders. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Procurement, Cost Control, Engineering) to obtain review and approval of documentation • Assist and interface with auditors by providing required documentation and information • Arrange and coordinate meetings and workshops • Arrange and manage business mission requests in corporate system, including preparation and submission of expense claims and reimbursements • Liaison with Contractors on all matters related to contract, purchase order, payments, timesheet etc.

• Validate and maintain the accuracy and consistency of data in drilling and well engineering databases. • Conduct routine data cleaning tasks to sustain high data quality standards. • Implement quality control measures to promptly identify and resolve data discrepancies. • Support to create and track work request and work program for support drilling and well service operations. • Entering data into databases and information systems, maintaining data integrity and organization. • Gather, clean, and organize data from diverse sources. • Collaborate with performance improvement engineers to streamline data preparation processes. • Work closely with performance improvement engineers to develop PowerBI solutions for effective data visualization. • Ensure PowerBI reports align with the analytical requirements of the drilling and well engineering team. • Collaborate with the drilling and well engineering team to understand specific data requirements. • Provide dedicated support by addressing queries, offering technical assistance, and ensuring data availability. • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to disseminate best practices within the team. • Encourage cross-functional learning to broaden the skill set of team members.

To provide service under supervision of loader foreman/assistant. He works in daily shift rotation and/or office-hour basis. He responsible for offloading of crude. He coordinates with tanker vehicle drivers for traffic control and to success loading purposes. He performs storage tank operation related to tank switching, water draining, sampling to laboratory. He looks after housekeeping and cleanliness of his areas. He assists in non critical/dangerous work for his line supervisory staff.
