- Keep abreast of current market situation locally, regionally and internationally, analyze for business opportunities and evidence the say ‘yes' to proceed with targeting new product. - To identify, develop and implement new area of insurance products to serve existing and new clients whether it is new product or revisited one - To identify, deal and negotiate with appropriate Business Partner(s) for the best Insurance Package/Program - Closely coordinate with Risk Services Department and others to monitor the performance of each product launch including feedback received and ready to adjust the product detail where necessary or to bring in additional marketing tools ensuring product success - Other duties as assigned

- Lead team member of current market situation locally, regionally and internationally and analyze for new business opportunities - Identify, develop and implement new area of insurance products to serve existing and new clients - Identify, deal and negotiate with appropriate Business Partners for the best Insurance Package/Program - Advisory client services informed concerning market conditions, including pricing trend, coverage grants and other issues - Maintain frequent interaction with practice offices, insurance markets, and regular clients - Closely coordinate with Risk Services Department and others to monitor the performance of each product launch including feedback received and be ready to adjust the product detail where necessary or to bring in additional marketing tools to ensure product success - Ensure information delivered to clients is precise and accurate - Supervise and control team to work effectively and timely - Other duties as assigned

- Acknowledge claims and review all claim pending on daily basis - Arranging end-to-end claim settling processes, follow-up and provide claim-related suggestions as well as procedures and status to clients - Negotiate settlements with Insurer & relevant parties - Build and maintain good client relations - Co-operate with other interned departments to support overall operations - Other duties as assigned

This includes digital marketing, events, sponsorships, and partnerships. - Market Research: Conduct detailed market analysis to understand the preferences and buying behavior of high-net-worth individuals in Thailand. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. - Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Collaborate with the global marketing team to align with international branding strategies while adapting to the local market. - Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website management, to generate leads and increase online presence. - Event Management: Plan and execute high-profile events, such as car launches, test drive experiences, and VIP gatherings, to enhance customer engagement and build strong relationships with luxury clients. - Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives. - Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and generate reports on marketing ROI, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
