Internal Control & Risk Management: Design, develop, and audit internal control systems to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing technical guidance and conducting performance evaluations. Management Reporting: Summarize and report regular updates on the company’s financial status and progress to executive management.
