Oversee website management and SEO optimization. Market Research: Analyze trends, competitor data. Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, analyze campaign and event metrics, and report on performance to leadership.

Acquire New Accounts: Identify and close deals with bakeries, pastry chains, and hotels. Consultative Selling: Recommend ingredients based on customer production requirements and performance. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term partnerships and follow up on customer projects.

Manage customer communication across online channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA). Create and design both visual + written content (social media posts, presentations, short videos). Coordinate with the team on promotions, campaigns, and product launches. Update website content (banners, promotions, product news – no coding required). Create content using AI tools (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT, MidJourney, CapCut).

Managing bakery training to key accounts or new accounts (bakeries, pastry chains, cafés, and medium to large-scale producers). In this role you will be assisted by the Sales Manager. Develop new customers recipes and expand market presence within the B2B professional bakery line. Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key accounts. Understand customer production systems and recommend suitable ingredients based on volume, consistency, and performance requirements (under the support of the Sales Manager). Follow up on customer projects. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
