Supporting the board and the risk committee in The Enterprise risk management (ERM) implementation; establish, review, and approval of the ERM framework, policy, and procedure. Engaging in the process of setting risk appetite, risk tolerance, risk identification, and risk measures for the various business lines and monitoring their performance relative to risk-taking and limit adherence. Monitoring of risk register, risk-taking activities and risk exposures to ensure they are in line with the risk management policy and/or strategy. Reporting the risk management performance to senior management, the risk committee, the board, and the regulator. Liaison with internal and external auditors for sharing of risk issues and supporting of audits where necessary. Providing support, education, and training to the Company’s staff to build risk awareness.

Responsible for performing secretarial and administrative duties for CUO, Managing document flows internally and externally. Manage and maintain executives’ schedules effectively Receive, screen and route incoming call/ memos/ letter/ reports/ correctly in a timely manner. Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities. Arrange meeting, prepare agenda and related materials, including taking meeting minutes of meeting and properly follow up issues from each meeting. Manage executive’s travel and coordinate related arrangement effectively. Coordinate and communicate effectively both internally and externally. Understand main insurance products and terminologies, core insurance systems, reinsurance and claims. Prepare reports and make initial analysis. Perform duties as assigned.

Lead and oversee the development, management, and performance of casualty insurance products. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with underwriting, claims, actuarial, and sales teams to optimize product offerings. Provide strategic guidance on pricing, coverage, and product innovation. Mentor and develop junior staff to strengthen team capabilities.

Monitor the Company’s compliance activities to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Keep updated on regulatory developments, including OIC requirements, and coordinate implementation with relevant departments. Conduct compliance monitoring and review activities to ensure business operations are performed in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Coordinate with business units to follow up on compliance matters, findings, and corrective actions. Support the preparation of compliance reports, regulatory submissions, and related documentation. Review and update compliance-related policies, procedures, and manuals as assigned. Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related matters and internal policies. Promote compliance awareness through communication and training activities. Utilize AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to improve work efficiency and support compliance-related activities appropriately. Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and related parties on compliance matters as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned.

Explore new distribution channels and expand existing market base. Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, clients and branches. Assess and underwrite Property & Engineering risks in accordance with company guidelines. Rate/underwrite assigned accounts, ensuring that the company selects proper risk and achieves target levels of profitability. Provide good quality policy products delivered to the client accurately and in a timely. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing. Provide technical support and training for junior staff when required. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal underwriting standards. Assist AVP Underwriting /Manager in ensuring compliance and adherence to the underwriting guidelines and service standards of the company. Initiating, designing new products and developing existing products for marketing. Perform duties as assigned.
