Manage and support compute and platform services such as Compute Engine, GKE, and Cloud Run. Administer storage services including Cloud Storage and Persistent Disk to ensure availability and performance. Deploy and configure cloud resources based on business, application, and operational requirements. Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and cost efficiency across the GCP environment. Implement and maintain security controls such as IAM, firewall rules, and encryption to protect cloud resources and data. Collaborate with the security team to address vulnerabilities, enforce compliance requirements, and support audit readiness. Monitor logs and security events and support incident investigation and remediation activities. Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, including installation, patching, configuration, and troubleshooting. Support middleware and platform components related to infrastructure operations and service delivery. Perform monitoring, alert handling, incident response, and routine operational support for cloud services. Support preventive maintenance, system upgrades, backup activities, and operational improvement initiatives. Coordinate with users, application teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into appropriate GCP, AWS and Azure infrastructure solutions.

Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all factory infrastructure services across three manufacturing sites. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure infrastructure reliability and business continuity. Coordinate and manage multiple infrastructure vendors, contractors, and service providers. Administer service contracts, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and monitor vendor SLA/KPI performance. Plan maintenance schedules, service windows, and infrastructure improvement projects. Administer Access Control Systems, including user accounts, biometric enrollment, access cards, and authorization management. Support employee onboarding, transfers, and termination by maintaining access privileges. Administer Time Attendance systems, verify attendance records, and resolve attendance exceptions. Coordinate attendance data validation and synchronization with HR and Payroll prior to payroll processing. Maintain employee master data synchronization between HR, Access Control, Time Attendance, and Payroll systems. Monitor system interfaces, investigate data discrepancies, and coordinate issue resolution with Corporate IT and vendors. Maintain asset registers, software licenses, maintenance records, technical documentation, and infrastructure drawings. Coordinate troubleshooting, testing, system upgrades, and technical acceptance with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Monitor infrastructure system availability and ensure compliance with operational and security standards. Prepare infrastructure performance reports, KPI dashboards, SLA reports, and management summaries. Support CAPEX projects, infrastructure enhancement initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Ensure vendors comply with company policies, safety regulations, GMP requirements, and security standards. Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation. Coordinate with Factory Administration, HR, Security, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Corporate IT to ensure smooth infrastructure operations. Recommend improvements to enhance system reliability, operational efficiency, and service quality.
