• Lead the new model trial production to mass production
• Connect with EPM, collect Team members, and assist in the Kick off/NPBI meeting
• Receive trial production requirements, make plans, and hold pre-production meetings
• schedule work orders to PMC before production, confirm the "people/machine/material/method" status, and ensure normal line opening
• Coordinate PE/IE/EE during production, cooperate with trial production & handle abnormalities, and ship on time
• Collect post-production reports, hold Review Meetings, and track MIL improvement status (NPI weekly meetings)
• Hold Safe Lunch meetings, lead Ramp up, and transfer to mass production when RTY/HUP meets standards
• Trial production verification of mass production models -Safety/material verification
• ECR changes & introduction status tracking
• Mass production model BOM/material changes
