ABOUT US
- Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs for both Cosmetics & Fragrances as well as on going learning opportunities across the organization, in support of organization needs
- Responsible for the training program of all products & brands which distribute by the company
- Responsible to conduct a training for both Operational & Management Level
- Responsible to conduct a training for Sale People of the 3rd Parties Partner i.e. Sephora, Department Store. Etc.
- Monitor and Measure Effectiveness of all training programs
- Responsible to manager the training budget
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Actual performance – tabulating, summarizing and reporting, graphically and effectively the actual sales performance of our Branded Fragrances & Cosmetics marketed in the region in varied manner to report to our Principals in Europe and Management in Singapore
To predict, plan and budget- on basis of actual performance and comparing the potential in the region of branded fragranced and cosmetics, to forecast, plan and produce most realistic budget keeping in accounts Brand and Brand lines.
To compare- on daily, weekly, and monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis compare the data of actual performance vs the planned performance and present meaningfully to the management.
To report- not only actual vs planned performance but to build a modeling for predictive performance as well.
To coordinate - closely coordinate with marketing and sales team to keep the close watch on demand shifting patterns & incorporate it meaningful in predictive trend for brand and brand lines.
Data mining and evaluating- to support the better planning by marketing, do support team in prediction of realistic demand by providing relevant data through technique of data mining and evaluating.
To Maintain- past and present data, actual, budgeted and predictive data for records to be used for studying the trends and better predictions.
Maintain & follow strict discipline of confidentiality- as MIS reporting and market data are a very proprietary information and need to maintain strict confidentiality.
To Follow- the instructions and guideline from management
To Contribute- in the Growth and efficient management
To Report- to the management, any important shift in demand or trend observed through data mining and analysing
To Suggest- to the management, all observation arrived at through data analysis.
