Responsible

Customer Service and Export Order Processing: Issue a Proforma Invoice and Packing list.

Manage each order by liaising with related parties to ensure that the orders are handled efficiently to ship out on time.

Corresponds with customers to inform of all relevant information, production plan and shipment schedule.

Corresponds with customers regarding their inquiries, product samples, price list and other related documents.

Coordinate with internal parties to identify if there are any quality issues, develop solutions and ensure client requirements are met.

Monitor and ensure that the payments are processed on time.

Monitor and manage sales record to keep track of sales target and sales monthly report and annual sales presentation.

Assist of all sales activities and any Ad Hoc as determined by the group leader and Export Manager.

Others as assigned.

Education Level : More than Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 3 - 5

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, or related field.

Good Command of English.

Strong interpersonal skills, optimistic, problem-solving, flexibility, and service minded.

3-5 years working experience in international business.
