Responsible

  • Ability to analyze daily incidents, issues and identify the root cause and provide solutions to end-users.
  • Provide support for various SAP modules including configuration and enhancement requests from the end-users
  • Analyze user requirements, evaluate business needs and determine SAP system customizing.
  • Drive design meetings, identify scope and design solutions; present process design and seek approval from business stakeholders.
  • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with development team
  • Facilitate meetings, conduct and lead presentations for testing and/or training sessions for end-users, prepare training material and provide user manuals as needed.

    Knowledge and competence qualifications

  • Business level communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Minimum 3 years of functional SAP experience.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in one or more of the following modules preferred: MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, WM, QM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with ability to clearly communicate complex concepts in simplified manner to end-users.
