Management of accounting systems on SME move

Sales of store products and inventory management using POS systems

Daily sales report preparation for the store and recording income from overseas, coordinating with the supervisor

Management of store stock, barcode systems, reporting on product receipts, and sales

Coordination with factories and suppliers

Reporting on lower stock and collaboration with the procurement department

Checking online orders and E-commerce channels for timely delivery

Packing of goods, photography, and booking with DHL for customer deliveries.

Assisting the Shop Manager in various documentation tasks or related responsibilities

Education Level : Vocational - Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 1 - 3

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Proficient in English communication, particularly interested in working with international individuals and open to continuous learning

Capable of working effectively under pressure

Educational background: Diploma to Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or related fields

Works 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)

Working hours from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Demonstrates responsibility and a proactive attitude toward learning new things

Possesses good interpersonal skills with a strong ability to resolve issues efficiently
