Responsible for Supply planning and OEM factories overseas performances.

Develop Supply plan and requirements for Demand planner team to operationalize the process.

Work closely with OEM partners to achieve operational excellence and seamless supply chain.

Work closely with the management team and OEM partner to develop agreed commitment and SLA.

Develop tracking and process to evaluate supplier performances and able to direct/give feedback for improvement

Responsible for local freight forwarder performances to align with delivery planning and control over their performances.

Develop/Design communication tools/method to have related team visible on supply/deliveries planning

Engage with internal stakeholders and ensure communication and performances are visible across organisations by measurable tracking.

Engage in new product launching to ensure seamless transition and implementation to stores

Responsible for teammates as per defined and grow the team in supply/procurement functions.

Develop tracking and reporting for management on performance on a regular basis.
