วิเคราะห์คุณภาพและราคาวัตถุดิบปลา เพื่อนำเสนอขออนุมัติเข้าผลิตกรณีพิเศษ

พิจารณา ติดตามเรื่องการใช้ WIP เพื่อลดการเก็บเข้าห้องเย็น

จัดการและควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังกลุ่มวัตถดิบ

ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายห้องเย็น, ฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ และฝ่ายจัดซื้อ วัตถุดิบ เป็นต้น เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลด้าน ชนิด ปริมาณ ขนาด และ คุณภาพของสต๊อกวัตถุดิบ ปลาที่มีอยู่ในแต่ละช่วงเวลาอย่างถูกต้อง

จัดทำแผนการใช้วัตถุดิบรายวัน (ปริมาณวัตถุดิบตามความสามารถการขูดสะอาด) Daily Production Schedule เพื่อให้ฝ่ายห้องเย็นสามารถจัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบได้เพียงพอต่อแผนการ ผลิต

ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่วางแผนที่จัดทำรายงานตารางควบคุมเวลาการผลิตประจำวัน ( DPS Synchronize – Raw Material / Daily Job Sequencing for Raw Material Consumption) เพื่อให้สามารถจัดส่งข้อมูลแผนการผลิต (Job Sequence )ได้ทันต่อการใช้งาน ของฝ่ายผลิต

แจ้งปัญหา/ความเบี่ยงเบนจากมาตรฐานที่พบจากการปฏิบัติงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อให้มี การดำเนินการแก้ไขตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
