Responsible

Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations

Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction

Manage and train staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Control operational costs and drive profitability

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Enforce brand policies and maintain store appearance

Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports

Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

Qualification

Education Level : Senior High School - Doctor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 2 - More than 10

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Age 25 and above

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Proficiency in English is a plus

Proficiency in using POS systems, basic Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player

Experience in online sales or digital marketing is a plus
