Responsible

Manage and update document templates, databases, and other resources on our cloud-based internal systems.

Format documents such as reports, presentations, and proposals to enhance readability and visual appeal.

Write clear, concise, and engaging content for various platforms including websites, social media, and marketing materials.

Create compelling visual content for online platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and digital advertisements.

Design creative assets for offline media, such as print advertisements, brochures, flyers, and signage.

Analyze Google Ads performance to develop design solutions aimed at improving effectiveness.

Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot software issues for internal users (have outsourced for hardware support or advance IT problem).

Occasionally assist in the PC setup and basic maintenance.

Support in improving IT operations for the Sales Department.

Daily reporting on tasks updates and handling other assignments from Japanese executives.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Age: 22-30 years old (Born between 1995-2004); new graduates in any field are welcome.

Proactive attitude (can-do mindset) and eagerness to learn new things.

Ability to simplify complex concepts into visuals (understand complex things easily).

Proven experience in content writing, graphic design, video editing, IT support, or related fields.

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

Communication skills: Thai – Excellent, English – Basic communication.

Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and experience with online content creation is highly advantageous.
