Participate in the implementation of project onsite, including installation, cabling, commissioning, technical support and acceptance test etc.

Coordinate with vendors and support team on project technical problem resolution and implementation issues.

Handling spare parts in and out of the warehouse.

Manage warehouse inventory accordingly and conduct stock checks upon request, support parts delivery to the Data Centre.

Proficient in disassembling and assembling servers.

Know the functions of server components, such as SSD, HDD, CPU, motherboard, Network card, raid card, GPU.

Good at hardware troubleshooting skills.

Proficient communication skills in English.

Graduate major in IT, electronics, CS or communication etc. from top universities without experience is also acceptable

GPU repair experience is preferred.

Knowledge in Linux CLI and Linux-like operating system is a plus.

Knowledge in networking principles e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, VPC, Firewalls, and other relevant topics is a plus.

Knowledge in cloud computing concepts and having some experience working with one or more major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba, Huawei).

Knowledge in virtualization and hands-on experience in virtualization or private cloud (VMWare, KVM, HyperV etc.) is a plus.

Knowledge in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager is a plus

Knowledge in database infrastructure (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) is a plus

Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNP, RHCE, MCSE etc.) are a plus• Able to travel domestic and overseas as needed.
