Develop and implement site-specific safety programs

Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments

Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards

Investigate and report safety incidents

Develop and deliver safety training programs

Perform daily safety observations

Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards

Implement proactive safety intervention strategies

Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks

Maintain comprehensive safety documentation

OSHA safety standards

Local and national safety regulations

Industry-specific safety protocols

Prepare safety audit documentation

Support internal and external safety inspections

Maintain up-to-date safety certification records

Qualification

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field

Expert in construction safety protocols

Advanced risk assessment skills

Proficient in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) management

Skilled in safety management software

Comprehensive understanding of workplace safety principles

5-7 years of construction safety supervision experience

Proven track record in safety management

Extensive experience in large-scale construction environments

Deep understanding of industry-specific safety challenges

Certified Safety Professional (CSP)

NEBOSH Certification

OSHA Safety Certification

Advanced safety management credentials

Professional English communication skills

Clear and technical communication abilities
