Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for European Marketing, you will be the main point of contact for our European customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our marketing team to integrate customer feedback into our strategies, enhancing brand loyalty and ensuring our products meet the needs of our diverse customer base
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions, guiding customers through their purchasing journey.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the European marketing team to share customer feedback, trends, and insights that could influence marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges, following up with customers to ensure a smooth experience.
- Support marketing campaigns by answering related customer inquiries and providing feedback on campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor social media channels for customer service inquiries and engage with customers as needed.
- Provide input on improving customer service processes and contribute to team goals.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably within the European market.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, with preference given to candidates who are also proficient in another European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of European consumer markets and cultural nuances.
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
