Responsible

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for modern trade channels to achieve organization goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the modern trade sector
  • Collaborate with marketing and category teams to create promotions and campaigns aligned with market trends
  • Build and maintain relationship with key modern trade partners such as supermarkets, hypermarkets and e-commerce platforms
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and annual contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
  • Track competitor activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Regularly report performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the modern trade sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ensure proper allocation of resources across accounts and regions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Oversee stock availability and ensure timely replenishment to modern trade partners.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to minimize stockouts and optimize distribution.
  • Ensure adherence to trade compliance and company policies.

  • Leadership abilities to inspire and guide a team toward achieving organizational goals
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
