Responsible
Feasibility Studies: Conduct thorough economic, operational, and market feasibility studies to evaluate new business opportunities and strategic initiatives. This includes analyzing costs, benefits, financial projections, ROI, and market potential.
Market Expansion & Client Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand into new markets and cultivate a growing base of clients. This involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and managing the entire client lifecycle.
Business Requirements & Documentation: Gather and translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, business flows, and system/data flow diagrams.
Sales & Account Management: Drive sales growth by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Manage existing client accounts, fostering strong relationships and providing ongoing support. Collaborate with clients on sales promotion strategies, analyze sales data, and provide recommendations for product improvement. Negotiate service terms, fees, and promotional offers with clients. Monitor partner performance and user reviews.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop insightful reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to management and the team.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior business development role, demonstrating a strong track record of success in market expansion, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Proven ability to conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and present findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel and relevant software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies is highly desirable.
