Responsible

  • Daily work(translation, document sorting, salary and attendance calculation, etc.)
  • Fixed asset maintenance, office supplies procurement management
  • Coordinate and handle monthly social insurance, labor insurance, taxation and other related work
  • Assist the company to formulate office systems and work processes, and organize and coordinate internal activities
  • Coordinate with relevant government departments
  • Qualification

    Gender : Female

    Age(Yr) : 22 - 40

    Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

    Experience(Yr) : 0 - 3

    Knowledge and competence qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Chinese or English
  • Proficient in computer office software, with some financial knowledge preferred
  • Hardworking, responsible, strong verbal skills, and good at dealing with things
