Responsible

Design and develop generative AI models for creating high-quality marketing materials, including images, videos, and copywriting.

Optimize existing deep learning models such as Stable Diffusion, GPT, GANs, and Transformers to enhance content quality and diversity.

Perform data collection, cleaning, and labeling to build efficient training datasets

Monitor and evaluate model performance, continuously improving it to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with the content planning team to translate business needs into AI model functionalities.

Develop and deploy automated content generation tools to improve production efficiency.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and apply relevant innovations to the company’s operations.

Education: Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields (outstanding bachelor’s degree candidates will also be considered).

Programming: Proficient in Python with experience using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Model Expertise: Hands-on project experience in training image generation models.

Algorithm Knowledge: Familiarity with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Diffusion Models, Transformer architectures, and other generative AI technologies.

Data Processing: Skilled in handling large-scale data and preparing training datasets

Project Experience: Experience in developing real-world generative AI applications, with a preference for candidates who have brought products to market.

Strong logical thinking skills to analyze and solve complex problems.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
