Responsible

Develop new business opportunities by actively engaging with and securing potential clients

Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Collect payments from clients and coordinate closely with relevant departments to ensure seamless after-sales service

Ensure all client account information and relevant data are accurately entered and maintained in the system, in compliance with company policies.

Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.

Present, advise, and propose digital marketing solutions (e.g. online advertising, social media management, website development and media buying) to business owners to meet sales targets

Execute sales activities to meet assigned monthly sales and collection targets across multiple products/services by developing efffective personal sales strategies and programs.

Track and report sales performance, key metrics, and revenue targets.

Provide clients with insights and recommendations to optimize their digital media strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of campaigns.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

Prior experience in digital media sales or advertising sales is required.

Result-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
