Responsible

Set up integration between Revit and Google Sheets / Excel for material and labor volume calculations

Create and maintain a centralized classification system (NSI) for materials, components, and assemblies

Export structured data from Revit for procurement and shift task planning

Configure templates for shift task cards with tracking of actual performance

Build a system for monitoring construction progress based on the 3D model in Revit linked to NSI

Test and implement third-party BIM tools (Dynamo, Diroots, CellBIM, Future BIM, etc.)

Develop an internal BIM standard for the company (templates, naming rules, parameter structures)

Tailor standards to the needs of architects, engineers, and construction control specialists

Conduct training and onboarding of technical staff

Train top management to extract decision-support data directly from the Revit model

Provide ongoing consulting and documentation support for Revit users

Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (families, templates, parameters, data structures)

Experience in developing BIM standards or internal workflows

Understanding of classification systems (NSI) and construction documentation processes

Ability to teach and explain technical workflows clearly

English proficiency: Intermediate or higher

Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently

Experience working in distributed or international teams is a plus
