Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, including architects, interior designers, property developers, Built-in Contractor and Turnkeys

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Keminates' laminate products

Provide expert advice and guidance to customers to help them select the most suitable products for their projects

Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business

Liaise with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline to inform strategic decision-making

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Proven track record of success in a sales or consultative role, preferably within the construction, interior design or home improvement industries

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of clients

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions

Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the laminate and related products industry

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and drive

Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing or a related field are preferred

Have own car and driver license

Have own residence in the southern, Thailand
