• User requirement capture and provide solution on PDMS system • Assign P2MS to execute task as planned with user • Estimate development time to arrange development plan as urgency/impact to operation. • Set prioritize for each development task and rearrange once get emergency task submitted. • P2MS manager must work closely with PI System Admin to get real-time data input and validate with DPMS user. • Manage conflict between assets if P2MS cannot serve all urgent in the same time. • Communicate with DPMS Support and Coordinator to assist to investigate the application error may cause infrastructure or network. • Good communication with user to update and receive feedback of P2MS provided. • Provide constructive feedback to P2MS to improve their service. • Be the focal point to provide authorized access to P2MS developers.
