Responsible

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs, systems, policies, processes, procedures, and controls.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency

Investigate product quality issues, analyze data to identify trends, and implement corrective actions

Provide technical QA support to internal and external clients.

Provide initial CQA (Clinical QA) support to Clinical group including oversight for clinical auditors and initial SOPs

Review and approve Master Batch Records, assess change controls, and provide quality impact assessments for proposed changes.

Mentor QA staff, create reports, and lead QA discussions and training sessions.

Serve as a point person for compliance training, training record management and audit preparation.

Experience(Yr) : 7 - More than 10

Knowledge and competence qualifications

3+ years of management experience

5+ years of QA experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or related field.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA regulations)

HACCP and PCQI certifications preferred

Experience in covering or providing oversight for CQA is a big plus. Basic understanding of GCP is highly preferred
