Responsible
• Have a thorough understanding of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, LINE, etc.) and the tools used to leverage those channels. It also helps to be an active user of most of them.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts.
• Identify and express opportunities for content creation while also accepting and incorporating critical feedback from team members.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of creative software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
• Execute creative briefs independently and collaborate effectively with the design team to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Develop engaging and visually appealing content for social media posts, advertisements, website graphics, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media features, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our content.
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and other design software.
• Advanced design skills, including typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally in a dynamic industry.
• English Speaking skills (write and read not essential).
